Bills and reciept not processing

I am having problems processing bills and reciepts.  The list of reciepts is there which I have sent over from email but when processing them it is coming up with 'enter all fields'  they are all entered and I have gone over each field manually re-entering the information.  It seems like there is a field that isn't showing which needs information as it is all filled out correctly.

Outdated data stored in your browser's cache can interfere with QuickBooks Online's functioning and cause issues like these. To isolate this as the root cause of the problem, begin by opening QuickBooks Online in an incognito window. If you're using Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard to do so.

 

Once done, go over your receipts and save them following the steps below.

 

  1. On the left navigation panel, navigate to Transactions.
  2. Go to the Receipts tab.
  3. Open a receipt by clicking Review under the Action column.
  4. Fill out all required fields.
  5. Click Save and next or Save and close.

 

If everything works smoothly, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to remove outdated files. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
