Hello, info-egspecialis.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with not being able to see an event when creating an invoice with Google Calendar in QuickBooks Online. This can be frustrating, but don't worry, I'm here to help you resolve the problem.

To start, it's important to check a few possible factors that could be causing the issue. Firstly, it's possible that there was a syncing issue between Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online, which could have prevented the event from appearing when creating an invoice. To resolve this, try syncing the two platforms again and see if the event appears.

Another possibility is that the event has been deleted or moved to a different calendar within Google Calendar. Therefore, it's important to double-check that the event is still present in your Google Calendar and it is in the correct calendar.

It's also possible that the event is not correctly set up in Google Calendar. Ensure the event has all the necessary details, such as the date, time, and location. If any of these details are missing or incorrect, the event may not appear when creating an invoice.

Moreover, it's essential to check that the event is linked to the correct invoice in QuickBooks Online. If the event is not associated with the correct invoice, it will not appear when creating an invoice.

Finally, it's possible that the event was created in a different time zone than the one you are currently in. Ensure the time zone settings are correct in Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online to ensure the event appears when creating an invoice.

However, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app if you have gone through all the possible factors and still cannot see the event when creating an invoice with Google Calendar in QuickBooks Online. This will help determine if the issue is with the app and will potentially fix any bugs or glitches that may be causing the problem.
