CAN ANY ONE HELP !! I HAVE LOST THE VAT SCALE ANT ENTRY BOX ON MY EXPENSES AND SUPPLIERS TODAY WHILE ENTERING EXPENSES. HOW DO I GET IT BACK?

Unusual behaviors or performance issues in QuickBooks Online are likely caused by the piled data in the cache. We can go about this by clearing the browser's history or trying a different browser.

 

If that doesn't resolve the problem, I highly recommend reaching out to our Support Helpline. They can create an investigation under your account to be reviewed by our engineers.

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  3. From there, select the Contact Us button and enter your concern in the description box.

  4. Once done, select Start a chat or Get a callback option.
