Question

Can anyone advise please? Email has been updated on the app in 3 places but the old one is on my invoices still. Tried closing the app, generating new invoices etc.

Username is the new email, sales form has the new email, contact info is the new email. Invoice still says old email. It’s been days. Is there somewhere I’ve missed updating? Thank you in advance

Please try signing in on the web to update this by navigating to the Cog > Custom form styles > Select 'Edit' beside the template you wish to use (or New style to create from scratch) > Content > Click the header of the invoice preview > Tick email and enter your address > Done. Get back to us below if this doesn't fix. 🙂
