Can anyone get the filter to work on Expense Transactions? I'm trying to filter by an Employee's name to see their old payments.

We don't use QB for our payroll and now we've moved to online, the payments don't show in the Employees section like they used to on desktop.  But the filter doesn't work either.

Thank you for posting in the Community, @Penllergare.

 

Expense transactions are tag under vendors or suppliers. We don't currently have the filter option to classify them by employees name. This might take time but you'll have to open the transactions one-by-one to get the details.

 

Another suggestion is reaching out to your payroll provider to have the information you need. For future help, you can visit this link as a reference for any QuickBooks UK concerns.
