Question

Can anyone help I can't send any invoices on my android online quickbook app but can on my laptop desktop, I always have an error message come up any ideas?

Can you share more details about the error message? This way, we can provide a much more accurate resolution to get you back on track.

 

Unusual behavior or results in the mobile app usually happen because of the stored cache data. I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting to isolate and resolve the problem.

 

Let's clear the existing cache data and other stored QuickBooks files to refresh the application. It can be done by uninstalling and reinstalling the program from your mobile device.

 

Once you've successfully removed QuickBooks, add it to your mobile again. You can use this link for additional information on downloading the app: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

Alternatively, users can access an account via a mobile browser. It works the same with the browsers on the Desktop.

I have unistalled and reinstalled already and has made no difference, the error code is 

 

There was a problem Adding this invoice. If the problem continues, contact support for assistance

Thank you for following the suggestion of my colleague, liam-lmc-electri.

 

This has been reported before. However, a fix has been rolled out in the new update. That's why Alcaeus also suggested to re-install your app.

 

I will let you contact our QBO Support so they can check your app using more tools.

 

  1. Click on Help and click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter a sentence to describe the issue and click Continue.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
