Can anyone help? It says my business account is linked but can’t see transactions?

Hi, @cardansheating-g.

 

Let's manually update your bank on the Banking page to check the missing transactions. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left side.
  2. Click the Update button.
  3. If you’re unable to connect, please wait for 2 or 3 hours and try again.

If they don't appear after the refresh, I'd suggest accessing your bank website if they are under maintenance. Otherwise, you can import the transaction manually via WebConnect. First, you'll need to download the transaction from your bank, then review the file format and size. 

 

Next is, you can now start uploading the data by going to the Banking page, then choose the Upload from a file in the Link account drop-down arrow. After that, hit the Browse to pick the transaction, then follow the on-screen steps.
