I am here to help you, Maxine. I'd be glad to assist you in accessing your invoices using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

Beforehand, may I know if you've encountered a specific error message when accessing your invoices? If so, kindly provide us with some details or screenshots so we can check it further on our end.

In the meantime, please secure a stable internet connection using the QBO app for greater bandwidth. The program may also act unexpectedly when the cache is full, such as losing access to specific functionalities. You can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues.

You can start by refreshing the data from the settings menu on your mobile app to refresh it and remove the older cache that causes this odd behavior. Here's how:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then pick the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Click Offload App.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then click More Options⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO mobile app. This will allow you to use the app on a clean slate.

Please update me by leaving a comment below if there's anything else you need to know about handling invoices in the QBO mobile app. I'll get back to you to provide the necessary details and references. Stay safe.
