Can anyone help. Quick books simple start no longer logging PayPal transactions in 2 parts fee & actual amount received. Is it just us ?

There's an open investigation with regard to adding Paypal transactions in QuickBooks. We are currently aware of this issue and our Engineering Team is working with Paypal App to resolve this promptly.
 
I recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call to add your account details to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be updated as soon as a fix is implemented.
 
Here's how to contact support:

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Hit Contact us.
3. Enter "unable to add Paypal transactions" in the description box, then click Let's talk.
4. Choose Get a callback.
