Can anyone tell me how I attach purchase receipts to transactions via the phone app? I did use the self employed version which was simple, and I cant work this one out?

Great having you join us here in the Community, @Carol Myerscough. I'm happy to address your concern about attaching purchase receipts to transactions in QuickBooks Mobile app. 

The QBO Mobile App does not have its own scanner. For now, you can take a picture of the receipt. Then, in your account, attach it to an existing expense transaction.

Here's how:

1. Tap the Menu icon and select Expenses.
2. Select or tap the expense transaction.
3. Tap Add notes or attachments.
4. Select Take Photo or Choose from Library.

Alternatively, you can also look for a third-party app that offers mobile scanning. You can access the App Center from this link: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home
