Can anyone tell me why I cannot post any entries. The company is due to be cancelled next May so I am unable to add to data?

Are you referring to the company that we're already canceled but still have access to the data until May next year? If so, you won't be able to add any entries to the company. Thus, this company is for viewing purposes only.

 

However, if the company is still active and will be canceled in May next year, let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can add entries to the company.

 

There are times that the browser store frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private or a different browser.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

 

If they get the same result, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team. This way, they can check on your account in a secure environment and help you add entries in the company.
