Can I add a column into our commercial invoices to show nett weight of product and another column for commodity code. Is this possible?

Hello info1481, we can certainly pass on your feedback regarding additional columns or a commercial invoice option for customers to our senior product team. We do see that the requirements you need in QuickBooks are not there with this change.

Hello Info1481, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

so no you cant at a column but you can add a custom field but you would have to enter the information in manually every time. 

 

So when you have an invoice open, if you click on the cog wheel> add another field> type the name of it in and make sure it is ticked>save then it will show on the invoice for you.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Ashley but what you are suggesting won't really help. I need 2 add these two columns for every item on the invoice, not just add one or 2 fields at the top. With the new customs requirements post Brexit these are now essential information on commercial invoices. Can the Quickbooks team look into creating a commercial invoice for customs purposes please?
