Can I add PC added billable expenses to invoices created on mobile phone app ?

I need to add already added (via PC online ) (ticked )billable expenses ( customer projects) to invoices created via the mobile phone app. This is easy on PC but not available on the app. Please help

Hi @davidbaines.

 

I appreciate your posting to the Community about adding billable expenses to invoices in the mobile app. However, this functionality is unavailable at this time. I know how important it is to be able to add billable expenses to invoices via the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

For now, you can run QuickBooks Online in the web browser if you want to add billable expenses to your customer projects and link invoices from there. You can reference this article for more details: Enter billable expenses.

 

On the other hand, I recommend submitting feedback  so that our product developers will know that this is vital to your business. This way, there's a chance that they can add this functionality in future mobile updates.

 

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
