Hi stewartbowen

You can create specific bundles, select the cog/gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen > product and services > New > Bundle > Give the bundle a name > add the  products and service that make up the bundle.> save and close.

You could also simply add the lamp to the invoice as a line item and as long as you have stock tracking activated the stock will be adjusted accordingly.

Thanks for your reply,  i already have the lamps as a stock item and track stock the issue is the lamps are made out of a vase from stock so i want to have the vase taken out of stock once the lamp is invoiced.  can i change a stock item to a new bundle item?  e'g  can i change the lamps i already have as an item to a bundle item?  or looks like i will have to create the lamps again with a different code to a bundle item?

Thanks for getting back to us, @stewartbowen.

Yes, you can change/remove/add a stock item to a new bundle item, or you can also create the lamps again if you want it with a different code to a bundle item.

And also, after you invoiced the bundle, you can remove or add an item from an invoice without changing the bundle item in products and services as well as changing or removing the item on a bundle in products and services won't affect the customers invoices.
