Migrate an estimate from desktop to online

Data migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online is only available through 3rd party services such as Movemybooks (where whole years of data are migrated).

If you have access to a copy of the estimate, it would be recommended instead to enter this manually into QuickBooks Online.

Do you need to migrate only an estimate data or estimates from QB Desktop to QB Online?

You can use a 3rd party tool to migrate estimates data. Another option, use the trial version of QB Desktop to access your historical data anytime. You don't have to bother migrating estimates data.

MMB cannot convert estimate data. You will need to purchase another third-party service provider to do so. However I would recommend keeping your historical data in QB Desktop and only converting the current fiscal year to lower your conversion costs. You can use the trial version of QB Desktop for good if required.
