Can I change the payment status on one of my invoices as I have marked it as paid when I hadn't received it?

You can delete the payment itself.To do this find the invoice>click into it>click on the top left where it says 1 payment(click on the word 1 payment/2 payments)>click on the date>on the bottom black tool bar click on more and then delete.The invoice will then show as open.
