Can I change the Quantity Column in invoicing to be set to hours and minutes as I need it to calculate the total from rate per hour? Thanks

Yes, you can. All you need to do is to edit the invoice template in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, please note that you can only use hours (as a column), and will see this once the invoice is printed or sent to customers.

Here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the  Custom Form Styles.
2. Locate the invoice template you're using and select Edit under the Action column.
3. In the Content tab, click the Pencil (edit) icon in the middle section. 
4. Tick Edit Labels and Widths and type Hours in the Quantity field.
5. Hit Done to Save.
