Can I change the value of an entry on my paypal feed? My paypal feed is showing a transaction for 8,559 Mexican peso as £8,559 when it should be £320?

Downloaded transactions in the Banking page directly rely on how PayPal or the bank transfers them into QuickBooks. The option to change their current value is unavailable in the program. You can directly reach out to PayPal so they can review and update the amount.
 

In the meantime, you can exclude the transaction to correct your records. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the For Review tab.
2. Check the checkbox for each transaction you want to exclude.
3. Select Exclude.

While waiting for PayPal to fix the amount, you can manually upload it using a CSV file. Once your transaction is in QuickBooks, you can now match and categorise it. This will automatically go into your accounts after you review it.
