I want to safeguard against customers not paying me for work carried out by having an online Ts and Cs document they can sign prior to me starting work - I don't normally issue quotes (standard service pricing) but they are verbally made aware of my pricing structure prior to me starting work.
I would like it to be created in QB and signable on my phone.

So the only way would be to create it outside of QuickBooks and then do it as an attachment on the invoice so it is there for you or see if a 3rd party app that integrates with QuickBooks can do it and also leave it as feedback within QuickBooks from the main cog wheel as there is no other way to do this as we don’t have T&Cs on the estimates or invoices and there's limited letters on the message area on the invoice so those option above is all you have.
