Can i download all invoices as a batch to save them

Let me show you how you can download all your invoices in one go.

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Within the All Sales tab, click the Filter drop-down arrow.
3. Select the customer's name you want to download, type of transactions (Invoices), and correct dates.
4. Click Apply.
   
5. Once done, click the Date box. This automatically tick all the Invoices.
6. Download them by clicking the Export to Excel icon.

Alternatively, you can use a partner app to download your data. There are a variety of apps found in the Apps tab of QuickBooks Online that can help with tasks you're looking to complete in the program. You can also utilize this link: QuickBooks App Store.
