Can I fix my transaction history when I have 3 months of missing transactions from my business account in QuickBooks?

I'd be glad to help and provide information about your 3 months of missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start with, it depends on your bank, there are some banks that let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can also go back as far as 24 months. Since you have a missing transaction from the 1st of July 2023 to the 8th of October 2023, it could be that your financial institution only allows 3 months for that transaction. In that case, you can manually import or upload your transactions for the 3 months of your missing transactions so they'll appear in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into, then select the link account dropdown and click the Upload from file.
3. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
4. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, select Continue.
5. Follow the onscreen steps then, select Continue.
6. Select the transaction you like to import. Then Continue.
7. Select Yes and then Done.

You can use a 3rd party converter tool (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
