Can I import invoices already produced and sent? I was using the Jobber app, which does have QB sync however my subscription changed, removing this feature.

I was using the Jobber App. Which comes with QB sync as part of one of the subscription levels (I wasn't aware of this during the trial period) so when it came to subscribing (extortionate) I chose a subscription without this feature. I have since left Jobber and Sided with ServiceM8 instead. However the invoices I still have from Jobber are not synced with QB. Therefore the question is, can I retrospectively import these PDF invoices into QB. Or as a potential solution. Shall I duplicate the invoices and payments within the new app, ServiceM8. So that they sync?

Hi nathan-nuwave-es Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. If you have a small business account you'll not be able to import the invoices into your account in a PDF format only CSV. As we don't support 3rd party apps we're unsure what would happen when you sync them with QuickBooks whether the invoices on the app would then populate in your account or whether you'd have to manually create them. We suggest reaching out to the 3rs party app support team.
