Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help you add your invoices to QuickBooks Online.
Your file should only be in CSV file format to bring over multiple invoices at once. There's a specific format to follow to upload your data successfully.
To download a sample file, here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Import data under Tools.
- Choose Invoices.
- Press Download an example.
If your file is in different format, you can search for a third-party app. There are apps that offers conversion services.
There's a required format for columns in the mapping stage, or QuickBooks will not be able to read the data otherwise. I've attached the article you can visit to learn more about the process: Common errors for importing bank transactions using CSV.
