Question

Can I manually re-sync? My QuickBooks and Servicem8 synced perfectly but haven’t resynced again since (e.g customers or invoices added on one now don’t add to the other).

I originally synced the two perfectly but ever since they don’t seem to be connected. 
Invoices or new customers on service m8 don’t sync over to QuickBooks or the other way round.

Yes, you can manually re-sync your QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Servicem8 connection, canfordplumbing.

 

And I'll be happy to show you how to ensure new customers or invoices are added across platforms. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. In the left menu, click Apps.
  2. Navigate to the integration settings for Servicem8.
  3. Look for an option to manually sync or refresh the connection.
