If you’ve already reconciled January 2019 and December 2018, you’ll need to undo the reconciliation to go back to 11/30/18.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Accounting from the left menu.
2. Select Chart of Accounts.
3. Locate the account involve and click View Register.
4. Set the time frame and locate the transactions.
5. Remove the R sign on every transaction under the check (√) column.
