Yes, you can put transaction fees on your customer invoices in QuickBooks Online(QBO). I'd be pleased to share the detailed steps on how to accomplish this. 

 

You'll need to create an item fee and add this to your invoice. Follow the instructions below. 

 

  1. Go to the Sales tab, then choose Product and services
  2. Click the New button on the right pane and select Service as your type. 
  3. Enter a unique name in the field. 
  4. Complete the necessary fields, then hit Save and close

 

When creating an invoice, don't forget to add the service item in the form. See the sample screenshot below for your reference.

To track all your fees, run the account you use in creating the service item. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu, then choose Chart of Accounts
  2. Locate the appropriate account in the list. 
  3. Click Run report
