Can I remove the running totals from the invoice screen?

Hello there, @gkwarner1.

 

At this time, there isn't an option to remove the total display in the invoice. However, you can consider designing your own invoice template and remove the running total from the screen. Let me guide you through the process.

 

First off, you'll turn on the feature you so can import your own template. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select QuickBooks Labs.
  2. Turn on the Import Styles feature.

Once done, you can save and upload your DOCX template.

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select Import style from the New style drop-down.
  3. Choose Invoice.
  4. Click the Download import guide. From there, you can make your own template, then save it.
  5. Once done, go back to Import Styles and select Upload your .DOCX file field, then choose your .docx template.
  6. Click Next, then match your fields with QuickBooks fields.
