Can I remove the VAT SUMMARY line showing at bottom of invoices as a lot of account customers are paying that then I have to chase them for the VAT ?

You can modify your invoice template to remove the VAT summary on your invoices. I'll help you how.

1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Custom Form Styles.
3. Click the Standard template or the template you're using.
4. Hit the Content tab.
5. You'll see a sample invoice on the right side. Click on the bottom part of it.
6. Remove the check-mark beside the VAT summary under the Display section.
7. Select Done to record the changes.
