Can I retrieve old invoices from a previous account? I have upgraded.

Upgrading to a different plan won't affect the data created in your company. Your previous transactions from the previous plan will still be in your account after the upgrade.

 

However, if your previous company account was cancelled, your data will only be available in read-only access. You can refer to this article for more details: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?
