Can I the set filename when downloading invoice to be Invoice-xxxxxxx.pdf where xxx is the invoice number instead of the random one QBO uses

    Hello Robert-Bennett, 

     

    The way in which to leave a request for a feature for Quickbooks is to go to the cog wheel>under the profile section you will see an option that says feedback. If you click on feedback you can leave your request in there and this gets sent straight to our development team.

    Hi robert-bennett

     

    You are not able to pre-set the name of the PDF document before you download it, you will have to change the name of the document when you download/save it to your computer.

    Thanks for the response, how can we request this as a feature, the file is named correctly when emailed, so why not when downloaded,
