Can my account be checked as I am unable to raise invoices etc even though my subscription has been paid not due till 5 11.19 This is the 2nd time I have requested this.

Are you receiving a message/prompt to enter billing information when you login or is it that you cannot create any transactions/edit information within QuickBooks?
