Can’t click on tax amount anymore in the app it just takes me to set up new amounts that can’t be saved and completed so unable to move forward with expenses or payments?

Let me help you in fixing the issue about taxes.

 

Are you using the mobile app? If so, we can clear and resync the data so we can fix it. Click the Gear icon, scroll down and tap Refresh Data. If the same thing happens, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall it.

 

For QuickBooks Online Desktop App, you'll want to do the same process. Here's how to clear the cache:

  1. Select Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

To uninstall:

Windows:

  1. From the Start menu, select the Settings, then System.
  2. Select Apps features.
  3. Choose the QuickBooks Windows app then select the Uninstall button.

Mac

  1. Drag the QuickBooks Windows app from the Applications folder to the Trash.
  2. To completely remove the app, go to Finder then choose Empty Trash.

Then, go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/apps/ to reinstall it.

 

Additionally, you can use any supported browser in managing your account.

Hi Alex

in the app after clicking on the gear icon there isn’t the option to Refresh Data? So I deleted and reinstalled the app but no luck, it still has no options under tax?
