Can’t send invoices I’m subscribed but app says problem with subscription

Getting beyond a joke now I can’t run my business with this app it’s the worst one I’ve used, can’t even send invoices

Let's take a look at your Billing and Subscriptions page to see if there's a message that needs your attention. If none, we can perform the basic troubleshooting steps to see if this behavior is caused by random browser issues.

 

To check the Billing & Subscription page:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.

 

To start with the troubleshooting steps, you can open a private browser and sign in to QuickBooks. This will disable the extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you can send invoices while browsing privately, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Trying a different browser is also a good idea, especially if you still continue to receive the same message.
