CAN TRYING TO VIEW AN ESTIMATE GREEN COG JUST KEEPS TURNING WHEN I CLICK ON IT TO VIEW

can i please get help as im trying to view an estimate and when i click on it the green cog just keeps turning ?

Let's make sure you'll be able to view the estimate, beshgolspie-outl.

 

There are times that your browser is full of a frequently accessed page that cause some unusual responses. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito) to isolate the issue. Use the following shortcuts below:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once signed in, you can double-check if you're already able to view the estimate. If so, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. The cache may have been overwhelmed with older data which have potentially caused viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. You'll also want to try switching to other supported browsers. 

 

However, if you are still experiencing issues when and cannot view estimates, I recommend contacting our support team so they can check on this further. They have the tools to pull up your account securely. To reach them, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "QBO Mobile App".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
