Yes, if you are referring to the chart of account expense accounts you can import your petty cash expense account to QuickBooks, bhumit1986.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click Gear, then Import Data.
  2. Click Chart of Accounts.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Find the Excel file to import, then Open.
  5. Click Next to continue.
  6. Map your data, then click Next.
  7. Adjust your data if necessary, then click Import.

Note: New accounts will be added to the existing ones you already have in your Chart of Accounts. The Type and Detail Type are built-in on the program so we’re unable to add new types.

Please check out this article for your reference: Import Chart of Accounts.

If however you are referring to the expense transactions themselves you can not import them in the import data section like you can bills and invoices currently. You can only import them in the banking section and then categorise and add them to Quickbooks that way.

If you have additional questions, please let me know. I'm here to help you.
