Can you advise how to add Book Keeping on my dashboard?

It is an option on the menu that my colleague has but I don't.
I would like to add this as a category like 'Banking' Expenses' etc

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So the option goes off the user permissions to whether you have the option or not. If your down as a regular user it will depend on if you have all or just some permissions turned on and you will also get the option if you are Company admin or Master admin.
