If you're using a computer/browser we'd be grateful if you can clear the cache and cookies on your for all timehttps://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/data-systems/clear-cache-cookies-fix-issues-using-quickbooks/L5tbGRlsg_GB_en_GB?uid=lzi2wo9f or use an incognito/private window. If you're using the app on an Andriod device please try the following

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Clear app data. To do this:
  3. Open your device Settings.
  4. select Apps (varies by device).
  5. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  6. Select clear data.

And if you're using the app on an IOS device please try the following: Go to the settings on the device, tap general, tap iPhone storage, tap the QuickBooks Online App then tap Offload App, this will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
