Can you put a recurring message on a sales invoice? customer are complaining they can't read the bank details which are at the bottom of the invoice.

can you give bank details elsewhere on the invoice so customers can see more clearly. customers say they can't see the details printed at the bottom, not very clear!

By customizing sales forms in QuickBooks Online, you can choose text size so your clients can view the Message in the Invoice section, @Rose11_2. Let me walk you through the process of how to do it.

 

You can choose where to put reminders, payment details, or messages on your invoices. When you create a recurring transaction, you can scroll down at the bottom and customize your sales form.

 

Here are the steps to take:

 

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Recurring transactions.

3. Select New or Edit.

4. Select the type of transaction, and then select OK.

5. Enter a Template name.

6. Select a Type: Scheduled, Unscheduled, or Reminder.

7. Enter additional information. After that, press the Customize button from the Ribbon below. Choose the New Style or Edit.\

8. Navigate to the Content section. Click the Footer part of the invoice. Choose the text size from the dropdown and tap Done.

7. Complete the fields and select Save template.
