Can you send an invoice from a different email address than the one on the account

You can set up your email service with QuickBooks Desktop so you can send invoices using a different email address. Let me guide you how.

 

You have the option to set up your email address through Webmail or Outlook. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Choose the Send Forms from the left panel.
  4. In the My Preferences tab, select the email service you want to use.
  5. Click Add, then enter the Email Id.
  6. Select the Email Provide from the drop-down.
  7. Click OK, then select OK from the Preference window.
