Cannot forward my email receipts to QuickBooks. The app is telling me I am registered and verified to do so on the email I log in with.

Sending and receiving email receipts in QuickBooks Self-Employed shouldn't be a problem if you have the updated version of your app, oddjobsdiy-hotma.

 

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to make sure you have the latest version. Please follow the steps below on how to do this:

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Select the QBSE APP you want to delete.
  5. Tap Delete app.
  6. Tap Delete to confirm that you want to delete the app.

Once done, you can reinstall the app. Then, try logging in to check if you can save and send the invoice now. 

 

However, if you still can't send and receive receipts, I suggest contacting our support team to investigate this further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
