Before performing some troubleshooting steps, let's identify first if this is just a common browser issue that we can easily fix by clearing cache. I'd suggest you log in to your account in the new incognito window using Google Chrome as a browser.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Press these keys together, Ctrl + Shift + N.
3. Log in to your QBO account.

 

Now, try to create a new invoice. If it works, it means a browser issue. Go back to the main browser, then clear cache. If it doesn't, try a different browser like (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari).
