cant see my transactions on qb self employed

Good Morning, 

 

i was uploading invoices for income on qb using qb app, they were photographed and then qb did its thing however, some of them show as income but with a minus, i tried adjusting them in all sorts of ways (for whatever reason i can only do it on the app) but it would not allow me change the minus to a plus amount. Even worse is that i cant see these transactions anywhere on qb online (see attached screenshot that's what is shows). If i go and download excel spreadsheet it gives me all the amounts, including the minus ones (see attached)

 

so the questions is, do i just delete these and do it again or is there a way to amend them. also, why cant i see these transactions on qb online and only see them on the app?

Hi maija_tj, thanks for joining us on the Community - the receipt snap is designed for expenses and so any transactions uploaded here will show with a minus figure, when changing the drop-down on the transactions screen from 'income' to 'spending' do the transactions then show?

my partner gets invocid for his work so i always just took a snap of the invoice and all of them fell into - unreviewed transactions, so i then told qb that that is income for business and never in these years had a problem. But now even when it says - income, it still shows with a minus sign and even when i try to edit it it will revert back to a minus sign (see attached)

 

as i said, i have used qb for 3 years and have never had this issue. also as mentioned in my original message, i cant even see these transactions on qb online, just on the app
