Capital Expenditure or Depreciate Asset

Hi All

 

Ive just had a really expensive fire alarm system installed at work and wondering how I should show this on my accounts?  I have the invoice from the company but Im not sure if this is a capital expenditure or depreciate asset.

Hi farmgirlkent69 We aren't accountants and we recommend that you seek advise from an accountant however there may be Community members out there that are accountants and we'd be grateful for their advise.
