Are you using the iOS or Android app, and do you receive any error when sending these?

I’m on iOS and it just says “undeliverable” in the errors

Recently, we've received similar concerns about being unable to email invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know that our engineers are already aware of this issue and diligently implementing measures to fix it.

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend contacting our customer service team, so you'll be added to the list of impacted users. This way, you can receive email updates about the status of the investigation.

 

Furthermore, QBO provides sufficient tools for creating professional-looking sales forms. This way, you can customize the layout and add specific information to your invoices.
