Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: Contact support.
  2. Click Connect to Expert via the support page.
  3. Choose a topic or enter your concern in the box to search for something else.
  4. Hit Search.
  5. You can choose a topic related to your issue or choose a way to connect with us.
  • Click the Get Phone number to call us.
  • Choose to Start a message to chat with us.

Once you resolve the issue with the missing transactions, you can check this article as your reference to match and categorize them: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let's get your missing transactions downloaded so you can get back to business, @owills2502-aol-c.

When you link a bank account in QuickBooks, your transactions download automatically. The data that is imported into our system will depend on the information your bank shares with us.

If there are missing transactions, I recommend checking your bank's website. It may be possible that they aren't showing yet in your account.

If it's already reflected on the website, I suggest updating the bank account to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
  3. Select the appropriate bank account.
  4. Press the Update button.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Once all of your bank transactions are downloaded, you can categorize them to put them into the correct accounts.

Should you need any additional assistance while managing your bank transactions, you can leave a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you, @owills2502-aol-c.

Hi Mark

Thank you for your reply but I'm afraid I've tried all of that and everything in that article and it hasn't worked. If you work for Quickbooks, could we please arrange a chat?

Best
