Change paid via online invoicing deposit account

Hey guys!

 

When I send out an invoice and customers choose to click through and pay online by PayPal, Quickbooks automatically deposits the payment into an account for me... but it's the wrong account!

 

Any ideas where can I change it?? It would save soooo much time!

Hi Nic,

 

I would also prefer to receive a payment to the correct account to save time. Let me take you to the team that has the tools to check this for you.

 

Please contact our QuickBooks Online Support using these steps:
 

  1. Click on Help and select Contact Us at the bottom.
  2. In the box, enter something like customer payments are routed to the wrong account.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start a chat.
