I'm here to share some insights about CIS invoicing that is not working in QuickBooks Online.

 

May I request further details regarding your concern? I would appreciate it if you could give me the error message you're getting for me to deliver an appropriate solution.

 

We receive reports with CIS that aren't automatically calculated. Don't worry. Our engineers are working to find the cause of this hurdle and fix it as fast as possible.

 

To add your account to the investigation case, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support right away. You'll receive email alerts when they resolve the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

In the meantime, you can enter the less CIS that will display. Once you fill in the line item's value, it will subtract the CIS amount.
