Thanks for letting us know the outcome after you’ve enable the CIS and setting up your contractor, @bwilliamselectri. I'm here to help fix and ensure you're able to see the CIS deductions on your invoices.

I replicated your concern and verified it works fine. With this, it's possible that you're experiencing some browser hiccups.

In the meantime, let’s use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. This doesn't retain local files or cache so this helps in ruling out the possibility of a webpage issue. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If this works, you’ll need to clear the browser's cache to avoid experiencing strange behavior when using QuickBooks Online. By doing this, it’ll remove the history or built-up cache in your default browser, so you can start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.

We can visit this article for assistance with setting up and establishing your CIS transactions: CIS guide in QuickBooks Online. The Constructions Industry Scheme (CIS) and how to use the CIS feature in QuickBooks Online are briefly explained in this guide.

You can always update us after performing the troubleshooting steps outlined above, as I want to make sure this is resolved for you. Just reply to this post if you have further questions about the CIS feature and I'll get back to you.
