Question

Created sales receipt with wrong amount. So created a new one. Have already void and deleted another and now it wont let me delete the incorrect one. Help please.

It wants to now charge me the wrong VAT total based on these 2 wrong sales receipts, but wont let me simply delete them, as I have already done that for another.

You can follow these detailed steps to delete a sales receipt:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select the All Sales tab.
2. Find the sales receipt you want to delete and click to open it.
3. Find the More actions button at the bottom of the page and select Delete.
4.Click Delete to confirm.
 
Also, we can use a private browser to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:
 
  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
