Customer cannot open invoice with `sign in`?

I am new to QB (Self Employed) and just sent my first invoice to a customer. He tells me he cannot open the invoice without having to `sign in`? I have sent a test email to myself and have no problems. Any ideas?

Hello TerryM0, Could you ask is he opening the invoice through a mobile device or a computer and ask if it is the latter if he can copy the URL and post it in a private window on the browser and does he then get the same outcome?
